Partners
UCDC offers four services to creating a better community
on Atlanta's Westside. We encourage Homeownership among Westside neighborhoods
by providing rehabilitated and new housing for potential homeowners seeking
low, moderate and market rate housing options.
In order for neighborhoods to thrive, we believe there must be a balance
of commercial, retail and residential development and job creation.
With our Commercial Development options, we offer resources to residents,
small business owners and future investors to build economic development
job opportunities.
Our goal to improve our communities is a common goal of our neighbors.
We have more than a dozen community and neighborhood organizations who
are our Collaborative Partners in building a better community for all.
